Sales / Business Development Executive
Job Role
The Sales / Business Development Executive will join a dynamic team that identifies leads, nurtures and converts them into customers. And by doing so, increasing the company income and growing the business.
Job Description / Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify gaps, evaluate customer needs and identify selling opportunities.
- Gather market and customer information to identify, evaluate and customer pains, frustrations, goals and desires.
- Generate qualified leads and researching prospects.
- Nurture and engage leads and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
- Identify and establish business opportunities.
- Negotiate, close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Handling customer objections, questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Handling and resolving client queries and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Creating proposal documents as part of the formal bidding procedure
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role / 3+ years
- Proficiency in English (Strong verbal and written communicator)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Open to learn and adopt new selling ways and techniques
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Experience in B2B sales.
- Experience using LinkedIn sales navigator.
Academics
University degree in any field with a minimum of second class upper degree
Age
25 to 45 years
Work Experience
Minimum of 3 years’ experience selling security and / or insurance products or services.
