Role Overview
- Perform a variety of high-impact secretarial and administrative responsibilities
- Support in the build-up and approval of yearly strategy documents and budget
- Organize and coordinate quarterly Security Awareness sessions
- Serve as the information management focal point and maintain the repository
- Serve as the Ethics & Compliance (E&C) focal point for the team; ensure completion of E&C training and onboarding
Key Responsibilities
- Manage administrative operations with attention to detail to enhance office effectiveness
- Coordinate internal and external visitor meet-and-greet activities, as well as team bonding events
- Develop and manage the team’s annual communication calendar
- Monitor spends against budget on quarterly basis for proactive decision making
- Support tracking and provide assurance for the annual Ethics & Compliance plan
- Generate initiatives for simplification and cost saving – report out quarterly
- Knowledge of the political and security environment in the Niger Delta

- Excellent computer skills and versatile in the use of Microsoft Office Suite of products (including Excel, Word, PowerPoint/BI, and Outlook)
- Ability to organize and present accurate information in a logical sequence using textual vehicles, graphs, charts, tables, and other illustrative devices

- No criminal records
Academic Requirements
Minimum of bachelor’s degree in business management or any other discipline
Experience Requirements
Currently in the role or at least 5 years’ experience in Security Planning/Technical support roles in the oil and Gas industry will be an added advantage
Professional Certification
Member of ASIS International or other professional association
